Information we process
This can include account email and authentication data, product photos and references, product details and generation settings, generated files, support messages, and payment or subscription records. Sellfold does not receive or store raw card numbers.
Why we use it
We use data to create and deliver requested packs, provide account access and support, maintain security, prevent abuse, process billing records and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent or legal obligations.
Marketing choices
We send product updates or marketing emails only when you choose to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time using an unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to support@sellfold.com.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Timeweb Cloud provides application hosting and private asset storage. OpenRouter and selected AI model providers process product material server-side only to perform requested image analysis or generation. Lava hosts checkout and provides payment records. These providers may process data in countries other than yours.
Private assets and retention
Product photos, references and generated files are private to the account that created them. Signed access links are short-lived. Unattached uploads are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Product inputs, reference images and generated files attached to a workspace are automatically deleted after 30 days. Confirmed account deletion removes the account and associated private workspace data sooner; we may retain only the minimum account, support or payment-evidence information needed for legal, security or dispute purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Contact support@sellfold.com from your account email and describe your request. We may need to verify identity before acting.
Security and changes
We use access controls, private storage and server-side processing designed to protect data. No service can promise absolute security. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
