These Terms govern your use of Sellfold, operated by Ruslan Esaulov. By creating an account or using Sellfold, you agree to them.

The service
Sellfold helps physical-product sellers turn product photos and details into static listing assets, advertising assets and copy. It is a creative tool, not a marketplace, advertising platform, publisher or product-compliance service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Sellfold account.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and use the service only where you have authority to do so. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Credits, delivery and subscriptions
Credits are prepaid service units, not money, property or transferable value. A successfully debited generation is delivered privately to the requesting account. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current paid period.
Your content and outputs
You keep rights in submitted material and give Sellfold only the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver the requested pack. Review every output, claim and copy before use. Sellfold does not guarantee factual accuracy, IP clearance, platform-policy compliance, ad approval, sales, conversion or performance.
Service availability and no warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellfold is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at a particular time, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not make any warranty about a generated result beyond the service description and delivery rules stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Prohibited use
Do not upload material you lack rights or permissions to use, or use Sellfold for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or privacy-violating activity. Do not use a competitor reference to request a copy of its logo, artwork, copy or distinctive layout.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these Terms and may suspend access to protect the service, users or third-party rights. Questions or complaints: support@sellfold.com.
