What to include

For account or generation help, include your account email, job date and a short problem description. For billing, cancellation or refunds, also include the Lava payment or invoice ID, payment date and relevant screenshots. Never send card numbers, passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Cancellation and billing

To stop a future monthly renewal, email support@sellfold.com from your account email before renewal. For a service issue or refund request, use the same address and see Refund, Cancellation & Credits for the process and credit rules.

Copyright and rights complaints

Use support@sellfold.com and include the information listed in Acceptable Use & IP. We review credible reports and may ask for evidence before taking action.
